File a Lost or Damage Claim with UPS
For reimbursement of any lost or damaged package a claim must be submitted to UPS directly. For domestic shipments the claim must be submitted to UPS within nine months from the date of expected delivery. For any international shipments, claims must be filed within 60 days from the expected date of delivery.
Unless additional value protection was purchased, UPS' liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to $100.00 per shipment or the actual cash value of the merchandise, whichever is less. Further information regarding UPS' limit of liability can be found in their Terms of Service.
