Sales Representative

Job Description:
* Generate revenue by procuring new customers through prospecting and face-to-face meetings
* Meeting with C - Level Executives (Owner, CEO, President, CFO)
*Administer concurrent sales initiatives from proposal stage through customer acceptance and implementation
*Achieve defined sales goals and development standards required to attain the next level of career advancement

The Sales Representative position is a B2B outside sales role selling both UPS and freight services to the SMB segment. Sales Reps primarily do 1 of 3 things daily: 1) Prospect for business - this does involve cold calling; 2) Run business meetings with presidents, owners, or CFO's of small-to-medium sized businesses; 3) Activate new accounts

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree, ideally in communications, business, marketing and / or management
* 0-3 Years of relevant sales experience

Strategic Account Manager
(Openings in Akron, OH and Rochester, NY)

Job Description:
 The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is part of the business development program and is an integral position in the Worldwide Express organization. The position will focus on managing current customers to maximize retention and reduce customer attrition. In addition, the Account Manager will focus on selling opportunities within the current customer base and new business accounts. This position is NOT just managing accounts; you will be responsible for selling as well!

The position focuses on developing long-term relationships as well as building value by consulting with customers on their supply chain needs. The SAM will be assigned our top customers in the territory. The business development program offers many advancement opportunities for SAM's to grow into senior and district account management positions.

As a part of WWE's strategy, Strategic Account Managers collaborate with local sales resources to ensure that all customers' needs are met and also help manage annual business plan objectives. This consultative person is often seen in their markets as the expert in transportation and logistics since it relates to selling and managing light package and freight customers.

Job Requirements:

Campus Recruiter
(Opening in Pittsburgh, PA)

Job Description:
This individual will be responsible for the delivery of entry-level sales candidates to meet recruiting demands. The Campus Recruiter is accountable for developing new and/or managing relationships with universities/colleges within our 8 markets. In addition, this role will entail updating/maintaining our social media channels.

Main duties include:
* Build relationships & serve as point of contact for universities / colleges
* Maintain and build employment brand image at assigned universities nationally.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruiting strategy, which includes all elements for on-campus marketing activities (e.g. employer and information sessions; building partnerships with student organizations, professors, diversity organizations, and career services; and recruiting activities to include career fairs).
* Works with Director of HR to handle and recruit for full time entry level roles (management of interview days, on-campus interviewing activities, partnering with hiring managers for recruiting)
* Conduct phone interviews and screen potential candidates
* Update / Maintain the Worldwide Express Facebook page
* Utilize LinkedIn to make connections with potential candidates

- The Campus Recruiter will travel nationally during peak campus recruiting periods up to a week at a time.
- The CR/SMS will work out of the Cranberry Township PA main office

Job Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Human Resources
2) Ability to present to university officials
3) Outgoing and personable - need to be able to engage students
4) Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed for job fairs and campus recruiting activities

Preferred Qualifications:
1) Strong presentation and relationship-building skills with experience presenting in front of large audiences
2) Ability to thrive as a member of a team and to build collaborative working relationships with all levels of staff and management
3) Strong organizational skills and motivated to work independently

Full Truckload Sales Broker

Job Description:
This individual will be responsible for the delivery of entry-level sales candidates to meet recruiting demands. Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain FTL business throughout a designated area
* Prospect for leads to build a pipeline, including heavy cold-calling
* Manage accounts to retain existing relationships and grow share of business
* Succeed at heavy price and service negotiation with customers and carriers
* Make contact with prospective, current and former customers
* Identify business opportunities for company services
* Create quotations and sales proposals for full truckload shipments
* Independently generate new sales revenue for your team
* Manage multiple shipments simultaneously with a sense of urgency

 Qualifications:

Inside Sales Account Executive

Job Description:
 * Responsible for developing new business and maintaining and deepening existing customer relationships.

* Focus is on telemarketing to achieve personal sales targets and market goals within the small customer segment.

* Typical tasks include engaging customers and developing value propositions that meet their needs, increasing volume from existing    customers, identifying and acquiring volume from new customers, and managing implementation through effective customer education.

Worldwide Express is looking for a highly qualified candidate who is ready to start their sales career. As an inside Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business, as well as maintaining and deepening existing customer relationships. You will engage customers and develop value propositions that meet their needs, increase volume from existing customers and acquire volume from new customers. You will be successful in delivering UPS services in your marketplace, through well-developed sales skills, collaboration, and effective negotiation.

We provide field and classroom training as well as regular coaching along with mentorship by teammates. The ideal candidate will excel within 18-24 months, with an opportunity for promotion to our outside sales organization to a destination that meets your personal and career objectives.

 Qualifications:
Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous inside sales experience is a plus. Must be self-motivated and possess strong time management, PC and communication skills.
